Ticket presales begin Thursday, July 24 at 10 AM CDT and tickets officially go on sale Friday, July 25 at 10 AM local time. Additional details and purchasing info can be found on his website HERE.
Kevin begins the tour in Dallas at Deep Ellum Art Co. on August 13, before visiting his hometown of Houston on August 14 for a set at Scout Bar, then wraps the dates on August 15 at Parish in Austin. These shows mark the 19-track project’s live debut.
Blush is Abstract firing on all cylinders, sitting down again in his rightful place in the producer’s chair to make one of the most dynamic, sonically adventurous, and just plain fun albums of his career.
To create the record, Abstract relied on one of his greatest superpowers as an artist, the thing that has made him one of the most unstoppable creators of the last decade: his unmatched ability to find, work with, and get the best out of incredible artists across all genres. He amassed an amazing coterie of collaborators to make Blush the genius record that it is, bringing features from his pop world (Dominic Fike, Quadeca, JPEGMAFIA, Sekou, Danny Brown, Truly Young) and placing them next to rising voices from Houston he discovered after returning to live back home in Texas last year.

Praise for Blush: “his most fascinating project to date. Bringing together the best of his indie-rock stylings off 2023’s Blanket with the fiery hip-hop lyricism of 2019’s Arizona Baby, Blush feels like the culmination of a lifetime’s work on Abstract’s part.” -Billboard
“Kevin Abstract is curating a sonic vision around individuals rather than specific genres, similar to how Dr Dre operated during the peaks of his career.” “‘Blush’ opens up Kevin Abstract’s genre agnostic sensibilities further, but this time the sense of community and belonging threads the needle beautifully.” -CLASH
“Kevin Abstract's 'Blush' Is a Heartfelt Homage to Houston” “reiterates Abstract’s superhuman sonic capabilities.” -Hypebeast |
